Totally Bizarre Vodafone Connect Card Ad
It seems to be in Belgium - Proximus is a Vodafone Partner Company, after Voda sold its 25% equity last year.
The ad is in English and full of American style housing.
If any reader has any clues to help me figure it all out.

More Carphone Incompetence
Just to prove that Carphone is not only useless on the TalkTalk front, but also in the core retail operations. And, this is before the cashback problems start hitting the net...
